Michelle Malkin has a post here on her blog about a story in the Miami Herald. It would appear the Cuba is upset that America is not allowing more of its oppressed citizenry to try to vacate the island with visas to the U.S.
By the way, I don’t think Cuba needs any help with keeping trouble stirred up, as the first paragraph of the Miami Herald article:
“Cuba said Tuesday the United States has fallen behind in the number of visas allotted for Cubans, suggesting this was a deliberate attempt by the Bush administration to stir trouble on the island.”
