Hate speech by anyone is wrong, as I have noted before, including here, when I said, “All this said and done, hate speech by anyone is wrong - left or right, Democrat or Republican or Independent.”

As late as yesterday, I voiced my disapproval of intimations made by Pat Dollard at her blog on Hugo Chavez and Sean Penn.

Now, please note that I do not have a problem with pointing out the idiocy of Sean Penn being duped by a socialist dictator. I do have a problem with someone exploiting mentally-challenged persons for such, no matter the person(s) doing the exploiting.

Now as for the two quotes you cited, I am not familiar with them. However, I would say that they are way over the line. Wishing death on anyone, simply because you disagree with political viewpoint is wrong. I hope that answers your question for me. And, just for the record, I do find several of the things that Ann Coulter has uttered as over-the-top, although I am a staunch conservative.

Since the nutjob Phelps has already been revealed as a democrat I will tackle the other two examples.

Well, the democrats started complaining about this around the time the war started. Yet no one on the Republican side ever said that. This is much like the little baby democrat stamping his foot complaining that no one better question my patriotism, yet the only one bringing it up is him.

Pretty much the same thing. The president used a somewhat similar phrase to point out to the countries that harbored and supported the terrorists need to make a choice. Are you claiming to harbor and support terrorism? Or are you as above, attributing something that the democrats created and ran with until it became conventional wisdom?

Well, yeah. Almost any conservative is farther to the right than Bush. This is why I can’t take you or anyone else who says something like that seriously. The only way you could possibly think Bush is conservative, let alone on the fringe right, is if you haven’t bothered to pay attention the last 6 years or so. Do a little independent research.

I would be willing to bet none of them, including Dave, have any idea of what issues faced the Supreme Court this year, how those issues were decided, how Roberts voted, and if he wrote the opinion what he said. Most of them are like little monkeys, throwing “NEOCON” like so much feces. You do know some of us are Original Conservatives and it hurts our feelings when you only slam the neo’s.
